Virgin Media: Content as part of a brand service
Redwood has been working with Virgin Media since 2007. Initially we produced the multi-award winning bi-monthly magazine 'electric!' and online site. In 2012, we launched Virgin Media Presents – a weekly email and associated responsive content platform that connects customers to all the unmissable TV (and more) that's relevant to them that week. Virgin Media Presents is both segmented and personalised for 1.7m customers to make sure they get the right information and Virgin Media service messaging every week. We’re now working with Virgin to integrate Virgin Media Presents content across the business to improve consistency and depth of customer experience and drive efficiencies. Redwood is also working to help activate key sponsorships and develop content support for major campaigns.
